PonyUp is operated by Twyla and Mary, longtime horse women who love their horses, ponies and children!

Twyla teaches at Vieja Valley School working with children who have mild learning differences. She has been riding since age 6, and has shown many horses in the Hunter show ring. Twyla enjoyed “reliving her youth” when she took her then young horse, Scottie, to his first shows in California. Romeo, her “retired”  thoroughbred/warmblood enjoys life, while Scottie and Oliver keep Twyla busy.

Mary  works in the nursing field, and enjoys long trail rides on her ultimate trail horse, Billy. She has been riding most of her life, and never has a dull moment with Dolly and Spitzer around! If you see a buckskin horse and rider, ponying two minis in the Hope Ranch area, odds are good that’s Mary, Billy, Spitzer and Dolly out on an adventure!
